deenworld.com (“দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ড”, “আমরা”) পরিচালনা করেন আরজিয়া খাতুন, দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের একমাত্র স্বত্বাধিকারী, বর্ধমান, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ ৭১৩৪২১, ভারত। ইমেইল: support@deenworld.com।

২সম্মতি

অ্যাকাউন্ট খুললে বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি, কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়মাবলি, গোপনীয়তা নীতি এবং আমাদের অন্যান্য প্রকাশিত নীতিতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। সম্মত না হলে অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।

৩যোগ্যতা

নিজের নামে অ্যাকাউন্ট রাখতে হলে আপনার বয়স ১৮ বা তার বেশি হতে হবে। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী কেউ কেবল পিতা-মাতা বা বৈধ অভিভাবকের খোলা বা অনুমোদিত অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে অংশ নিতে পারবে। সেই অভিভাবক যাচাইযোগ্য সম্মতি দেবেন এবং নাবালকের পক্ষে এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নেবেন। নাবালক নগদ পুরস্কার জিতলে তা কেবল পিতা-মাতা বা অভিভাবকের নিজের UPI আইডিতে UPI-র মাধ্যমে দেওয়া হবে। নাবালক বাস্তব পুরস্কার জিতলে তা কেবল পিতা-মাতা বা অভিভাবকের দেওয়া ঠিকানায় তাঁকেই পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে। নগদ পুরস্কার কেবল ভারতে, ভারতীয় ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে যুক্ত UPI আইডিতে দেওয়া হয়। বাস্তব পুরস্কার কেবল ভারতের ঠিকানায় পাঠানো হয়। যে রাজ্য বা অঞ্চলে স্থানীয় আইনে এ ধরনের প্রতিযোগিতা নিষিদ্ধ, সেখানকার বাসিন্দা অংশ নিতে পারবেন না।

৪আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

সঠিক তথ্য দিন। একজন ব্যক্তি কেবল একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট রাখতে পারবেন। পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব কাজের দায় আপনার। অপব্যবহারের সন্দেহ হলে তৎক্ষণাৎ আমাদের জানান।

৫সবকিছু বিনামূল্যে

আমরা কোনো টাকা নিই না। দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডে কোনো পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে নেই, কোনো ধরনের পেমেন্ট ব্যবস্থাও নেই। প্রবেশ ফি, নিবন্ধন ফি, সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি, জামানত, বাজি, পণ, দান, অনুদান বা অন্য কোনো নামে আমরা কারও কাছ থেকে কোনো কারণেই টাকা নিই না বা চাই না। অংশ নিতে, জিততে বা পুরস্কার পেতে আমরা কখনও আপনাকে টাকা দিতে বলব না। দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের নাম করে কেউ টাকা চাইলে সেটি প্রতারণা। টাকা দেবেন না, এবং support@deenworld.com-এ জানান।

৬প্রতিযোগিতার প্রকৃতি

আমাদের কুইজ ইসলামি বিষয়ে দক্ষতাভিত্তিক জ্ঞান-প্রতিযোগিতা। বিজয়ী নির্ধারিত হয় কেবল সঠিক উত্তর ও উত্তর দেওয়ার সময় দিয়ে, ভাগ্য দিয়ে নয়। প্রবেশে কোনো টাকা দিতে হয় না এবং কোনো বাজিও ধরা হয় না, তাই এগুলো জুয়া, বাজি, লটারি বা অনলাইন মানি গেম নয়।

৭পুরস্কার

নগদ পুরস্কার UPI ট্রান্সফারে দেওয়া হয়। বাস্তব পুরস্কার (যেমন কুরআন শরীফের ছাপা কপি) কুরিয়ার বা ডাকে পাঠানো হয়। সব পুরস্কার সম্পূর্ণ আয়োজকের নিজস্ব ব্যক্তিগত অর্থে দেওয়া হয় এবং কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়মাবলি অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়।

৮গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার

আপনি করতে পারবেন না:

(ক)সময়-নির্ধারিত কুইজের সময় প্রতারণা করা, বট, স্ক্রিপ্ট, অটোমেশন, AI টুল বা বাইরের সাহায্য ব্যবহার করা;

(খ)একাধিক বা ভুয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা;

(গ)ওয়েবসাইটে হ্যাক করা, অনুসন্ধান চালানো, অতিরিক্ত চাপ দেওয়া বা বাধা সৃষ্টি করা;

(ঘ)বেআইনি, ঘৃণামূলক, সাম্প্রদায়িক গালিগালাজমূলক, অশ্লীল বা মানহানিকর বিষয়বস্তু পোস্ট করা;

(ঙ)অন্য কারও ছদ্মবেশ ধারণ করা;

(চ)অনুমতি ছাড়া ওয়েবসাইট কপি বা স্ক্র্যাপ করা;

(ছ)জুয়া, বাজি, ঋণ বা কোনো পেইড স্কিমের প্রচার করা, বা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে টাকা চাওয়া; অথবা

(জ)দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের নাম বা লোগো এমনভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাতে মনে হয় আপনি দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ড বা তাদের অনুমোদিত।

৯আপনার জমা দেওয়া বিষয়বস্তু

আপনি নাম, প্রোফাইলের তথ্য, মন্তব্য বা বার্তা জমা দিলে নিশ্চিত করছেন যে তা বৈধ এবং শেয়ার করার অধিকার আপনার আছে। সেবা চালানোর জন্য ওয়েবসাইটে তা দেখানোর একটি অ-একচেটিয়া, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত অনুমতি আপনি আমাদের দিচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলি বা আইন ভঙ্গ করলে আমরা সেই বিষয়বস্তু সরিয়ে দিতে পারি। আপনি মতামত বা পরামর্শ পাঠালে আমরা বিনা পারিশ্রমিকে তা ব্যবহার করতে পারব।

১০আমাদের বিষয়বস্তু ও মেধাস্বত্ব

ওয়েবসাইটের ডিজাইন, প্রশ্ন, বিন্যাস, লোগো ও মৌলিক লেখা আমাদের অথবা অনুমতিক্রমে ব্যবহৃত। এগুলো আপনি ব্যক্তিগত, অবাণিজ্যিক শেখার কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, বিক্রি বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ করতে পারবেন না। কুরআন, হাদিস ও দোয়ার মূল পাঠ পবিত্র হিসেবে সম্মানিত। অনুবাদ, সংকলন ও রেকর্ডিং তৃতীয় পক্ষের হতে পারে এবং প্রয়োজনে কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার করা হয় (দেখুন: কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক ও কনটেন্ট নীতি)।

১১ট্রেডমার্ক

“DeenWorld” (নাম) এবং দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের লোগো দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের চিহ্ন, এবং এগুলোর ট্রেডমার্ক নিবন্ধনের জন্য আবেদন করা হয়েছে। নিবন্ধন মঞ্জুর না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আমরা এগুলো ™ চিহ্নসহ ব্যবহার করি। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এই নাম বা লোগো ব্যবহার, কপি বা নকল করা যাবে না।

১২ইসলামি বিষয়বস্তু

বিষয়বস্তু শিক্ষা ও সাধারণ জ্ঞানের জন্য। এটি ফতোয়া বা ধর্মীয় রায় নয়। রায়ের জন্য যোগ্য আলেমের পরামর্শ নিন (দেখুন: দাবিত্যাগ)।

১৩স্থগিত ও বাতিল

আপনি এই শর্তাবলি, প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়ম বা আইন ভঙ্গ করলে আমরা সতর্ক করতে, অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে, স্কোর বাতিল করতে এবং পুরস্কার আটকে রাখতে পারি। আপনি যে কোনো সময় ইমেইল করে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে এবং আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

১৪সেবার উপলব্ধতা

আমরা ওয়েবসাইট চালু রাখার চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত সেবার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই না। রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, ইন্টারনেট সমস্যা, সার্ভারের ত্রুটি এবং আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনা (ফোর্স মেজিউর) কোনো প্রতিযোগিতাকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে। তখন কী হবে তা প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়মাবলিতে দেখুন।

১৫দায়ের সীমা

আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, পরোক্ষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতি, তথ্য হারানো, তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা, ইন্টারনেট বিভ্রাট বা আপনার নিজের ডিভাইসের কারণে ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। কোনো প্রতিযোগিতা-সংক্রান্ত দাবিতে আমাদের মোট দায় সেই প্রতিযোগিতার পুরস্কারের অঙ্কের বেশি হবে না। ভোক্তা সুরক্ষা আইন ২০১৯ সহ আইনের অধীনে আপনার যে অধিকার সীমিত করা যায় না, এই শর্তাবলি তা সীমিত করে না।

১৬ক্ষতিপূরণ

আপনার এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন বা ওয়েবসাইটের বেআইনি ব্যবহারে আমাদের ক্ষতি হলে, আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, আপনি তা পূরণ করতে সম্মত।

১৭তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

হোস্টিং, ইমেইল, অ্যানালিটিক্স ও কুরিয়ার সেবা তৃতীয় পক্ষ তাদের নিজস্ব শর্তে দেয়। অন্য ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক সুবিধার জন্য দেওয়া, তাদের বিষয়বস্তুর দায় আমাদের নয়।

১৮বিজ্ঞপ্তি

আমরা ইমেইল, অ্যাপের মধ্যে বার্তা বা ওয়েবসাইটের নোটিশের মাধ্যমে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি। অনুগ্রহ করে নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল ঠিক রাখুন।

১৯পরিবর্তন

আমরা এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। “সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ” তারিখ বদলাব এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনে নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারীদের ইমেইল বা ওয়েবসাইটের নোটিশে জানাব। পরিবর্তনের পরও ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে আপনি তা মেনে নিয়েছেন ধরা হবে।

২০প্রযোজ্য আইন ও আদালত

এই শর্তাবলি ভারতের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি প্রক্রিয়া সাপেক্ষে বর্ধমান, পশ্চিমবঙ্গের আদালতের এখতিয়ার থাকবে।

২১সাধারণ

এই শর্তাবলির কোনো অংশ অবৈধ ঘোষিত হলে বাকি অংশ বহাল থাকবে। অধিকার প্রয়োগে দেরি করা মানে তা ছেড়ে দেওয়া নয়। আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা অধিকার কাউকে হস্তান্তর করতে পারবেন না। এই শর্তাবলি এবং এতে উল্লিখিত নীতিগুলো এই বিষয়ে আপনার ও আমাদের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি।

অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি পেজে উল্লিখিত আমাদের অভিযোগ কর্মকর্তার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।

2Acceptance

By creating an account or using the website you agree to these Terms, the Quiz Contest Rules, the Privacy Policy and our other published policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to hold an account in your own name. A person under 18 may take part only through an account created or approved by a parent or lawful guardian, who gives verifiable consent and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf. A cash prize won by a minor is paid only by UPI to the parent or guardian’s own UPI ID. A physical prize won by a minor is delivered only to the parent or guardian, at the address the parent or guardian gives. Cash prizes are paid only in India, by UPI to a UPI ID linked to an Indian bank account. A physical prize is delivered only to an address in India. A person who lives in a state or territory where such contests are prohibited by local law may not take part.

4Your account

Give true information. One person may hold one account only. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

5Everything is free

We accept no payment. Deen World has no payment gateway and no payment system of any kind. We do not charge or accept any entry fee, registration fee, subscription fee, deposit, bet, stake, donation, contribution or any other money from anyone, for any reason. We will never ask you to pay money to take part, to win or to receive a prize. If anyone claiming to be Deen World asks you for money, it is a fraud. Please do not pay, and report it to support@deenworld.com.

6Nature of the contests

Our quizzes are skill-based knowledge contests on Islamic subjects. Winners are decided only by correct answers and response time. They are not decided by chance. The contests are not gambling, betting, a lottery or an online money game, because nothing is paid to enter and nothing is staked.

7Prizes

Cash prizes are paid by UPI transfer. Physical prizes (such as a printed copy of the Quran Sharif) are delivered by courier or post. All prizes are funded entirely from the organiser’s own personal funds and are governed by the Quiz Contest Rules.

8Acceptable use

You must not:

(a)cheat, use bots, scripts, automation, AI tools or outside help during a timed quiz;

(b)create multiple or fake accounts;

(c)hack, probe, overload or interfere with the website;

(d)post unlawful, hateful, sectarian-abusive, obscene or defamatory content;

(e)impersonate any person;

(f)copy or scrape the website without permission;

(g)promote gambling, betting, loans or any paid scheme, or ask other users for money; or

(h)use the Deen World name or logo in a way that suggests you are Deen World or are approved by it.

9Content you submit

If you submit a name, profile detail, comment or message, you confirm that it is lawful and yours to share. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the website for running the service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without payment.

10Our content and intellectual property

The website design, questions, layout, logos and original text belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell or republish them without written permission. Texts of the Quran, hadith and dua are respected as sacred. Translations, compilations and recordings may belong to third parties and are credited where required (see the Copyright, Trademark & Content Policy).

11Trademark

“DeenWorld” (name) and the Deen World logo are marks of Deen World, and an application for their trademark registration has been made. Until registration is granted, we use them with the ™ symbol. You may not use, copy or imitate the name or logo without our written permission.

12Islamic content

The content is for education and general knowledge. It is not a fatwa or a religious ruling. For rulings please consult a qualified scholar (see the Disclaimer).

13Suspension and termination

We may warn, suspend or close an account, cancel scores and withhold prizes if you break these Terms, the Contest Rules or the law. You may close your account and ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

14Service availability

We try to keep the website running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, internet problems, server faults and events outside our control (force majeure) may affect a contest. See the Contest Rules for what happens then.

15Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss caused by third-party services, internet failure or your own device. Our total liability for any claim connected with a contest will not exceed the prize amount of that contest. Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

16Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for loss caused by your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website, to the extent allowed by law.

17Third-party services

Hosting, email, analytics and courier services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

18Notices

We may contact you by email, by an in-app notice or by a notice on the website. Please keep your registered email correct.

19Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or a notice on the website. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

20Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process, the courts at Barddhaman, West Bengal have jurisdiction.

21General

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights to anyone. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us on this subject.
