২আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

(ক)অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: নাম, ইউজারনেম, ইমেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর, পাসওয়ার্ড (এনক্রিপ্ট করা অবস্থায় সংরক্ষিত), বয়সের নিশ্চিতকরণ বা জন্মতারিখ, এবং আপনি চাইলে শহর বা রাজ্য।

(খ)কুইজের তথ্য: উত্তর, স্কোর, উত্তর দেওয়ার সময়, টাইমস্ট্যাম্প, IP ঠিকানা, ডিভাইস ও ব্রাউজারের তথ্য।

(গ)পুরস্কারের তথ্য: নগদ পুরস্কারের জন্য আপনার UPI আইডি; বাস্তব পুরস্কারের জন্য আপনার নাম, পিন কোডসহ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নম্বর; এবং কেবল কর বা যাচাইয়ের প্রয়োজন হলে PAN বা পরিচয়ের প্রমাণ।

(ঘ)যোগাযোগের তথ্য: আপনার পাঠানো বার্তা, চ্যাট ও অভিযোগ।

(ঙ)প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য: কুকি ও অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তি (ধারা ১১ দেখুন)।

ওয়েবসাইট কোনো পেমেন্ট নেয় না বলে আমরা দর্শকদের কাছ থেকে কার্ড, ব্যাংক, UPI পিন বা অন্য কোনো পেমেন্টের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।

৩কেন আমরা তথ্য ব্যবহার করি

(ক)আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও চালানোর জন্য;

(খ)প্রতিযোগিতা চালাতে, স্কোর করতে, লিডারবোর্ড দেখাতে ও বিজয়ী ঘোষণা করতে;

(গ)বিজয়ী যাচাই করতে, পুরস্কার পাঠাতে ও কর-হিসাবের দায়িত্ব পালন করতে;

(ঘ)প্রতারণা ও অপব্যবহার রোধ করতে এবং ওয়েবসাইট নিরাপদ রাখতে;

(ঙ)আপনার বার্তা ও অভিযোগের উত্তর দিতে;

(চ)ফল ও অ্যাকাউন্ট-সংক্রান্ত সেবা-বার্তা পাঠাতে;

(ছ)সাধারণ অ্যানালিটিক্স দিয়ে ওয়েবসাইট উন্নত করতে; এবং

(জ)আইন মানতে।

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য ব্যবহার করি না।

৪সম্মতি

আপনি নিবন্ধন করার সময় বা তথ্য দেওয়ার সময় যে স্বাধীন, নির্দিষ্ট, অবহিত ও স্পষ্ট সম্মতি দেন তার ভিত্তিতে, এবং আইন যেসব উদ্দেশ্যে সম্মতি ছাড়া অনুমতি দেয় (যেমন আইন মানা) সেগুলোর জন্য আমরা তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করি। ইমেইল করে আপনি যেকোনো সময়, সম্মতি দেওয়ার মতোই সহজে, তা প্রত্যাহার করতে পারেন। প্রত্যাহার করলে আমাদের আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে বা ওই তথ্যের ওপর নির্ভরশীল সেবা বন্ধ করতে হতে পারে। প্রত্যাহারের আগে করা প্রক্রিয়ায় এর প্রভাব পড়ে না।

৫শিশু ও নাবালক

১৮ বছরের কমবয়সীদের তথ্য আমরা কেবল পিতা-মাতা বা বৈধ অভিভাবকের যাচাইযোগ্য সম্মতিতে প্রক্রিয়া করি। আমরা বিজ্ঞাপন বা প্রোফাইলিংয়ের জন্য শিশুদের আচরণ ট্র্যাক বা পর্যবেক্ষণ করি না এবং তাদের ক্ষতি হতে পারে এমন কোনো উপায়ে তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করি না। অভিভাবক যেকোনো সময় শিশুর তথ্য দেখতে বা মুছে ফেলতে অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

৬কাদের সঙ্গে তথ্য শেয়ার করি

শুধু প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী:

(ক)UPI ও ব্যাংকিং অংশীদার, কেবল আপনার জেতা নগদ পুরস্কার দেওয়ার জন্য;

(খ)কুরিয়ার বা ডাক অংশীদার এবং যে বিক্রেতার কাছ থেকে বাস্তব পুরস্কার কিনি (তারা শুধু ডেলিভারির জন্য আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর পায়);

(গ)হোস্টিং, ক্লাউড, ইমেইল ও SMS সেবাদাতা;

(ঘ)আমাদের হিসাবরক্ষক বা উপদেষ্টা, গোপনীয়তার শর্তে; এবং

(ঙ)আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে সরকার, কর বা আইন-প্রয়োগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ।

এই সেবাদাতারা আমাদের নির্দেশে কাজ করে। কিছু সেবাদাতা ভারতের বাইরে তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করতে পারে। আমরা DPDP আইন ও সরকারি বিজ্ঞপ্তি যতটা অনুমতি দেয় কেবল ততটাই বিদেশে তথ্য পাঠাই।

৭যা প্রকাশ্য

লিডারবোর্ড ও বিজয়ী তালিকায় আপনার ইউজারনেম, স্কোর ও সময় দেখানো হয়। গোপনীয়তা চাইলে ইউজারনেম হিসেবে আসল নাম ব্যবহার করবেন না। আমরা কখনও আপনার ইমেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর, UPI আইডি বা ঠিকানা প্রকাশ করি না।

৮কতদিন তথ্য রাখি

(ক)অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকাকালীন এবং বন্ধ হওয়ার ১২ মাস পর্যন্ত।

(খ)কুইজের লগ: ১২ মাস।

(গ)বাস্তব পুরস্কারের ডেলিভারি তথ্য: পুরস্কার পৌঁছানো পর্যন্ত এবং তার ৯০ দিন পর আমরা তা মুছে ফেলি, কেবল বিজয়ীর নাম, পুরস্কার ও তার মূল্য আইনের নির্ধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত রেকর্ড হিসেবে রাখি।

(ঘ)পুরস্কার ও কর-সংক্রান্ত রেকর্ড: আইনে নির্ধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত (সাধারণত ৬ থেকে ৮ বছর)।

এরপর আইনে রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক না হলে আমরা তথ্য মুছে ফেলি বা পরিচয়হীন করি।

৯নিরাপত্তা

আমরা HTTPS, এনক্রিপ্ট করা পাসওয়ার্ড, সীমিত অ্যাডমিন প্রবেশাধিকার, নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ ও সফটওয়্যার আপডেটের মতো যুক্তিসঙ্গত সুরক্ষা ব্যবহার করি। ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের কোনো ফাঁস ঘটলে আইন অনুযায়ী আমরা ডেটা প্রোটেকশন বোর্ড অব ইন্ডিয়া ও ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ব্যবহারকারীদের জানাব। কোনো ব্যবস্থাই সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ নয়।

১০আপনার অধিকার

DPDP আইনে আপনি:

(ক)আপনার তথ্যের সারাংশ ও তা কীভাবে প্রক্রিয়া হচ্ছে তা জানতে চাইতে পারেন;

(খ)তথ্য সংশোধন, সম্পূর্ণ বা হালনাগাদ করতে বলতে পারেন;

(গ)আর প্রয়োজন না থাকলে বা সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার করলে তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে বলতে পারেন;

(ঘ)আমাদের অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি প্রক্রিয়া ব্যবহার করতে পারেন; এবং

(ঙ)আপনার মৃত্যু বা অক্ষমতার ক্ষেত্রে আপনার অধিকার প্রয়োগের জন্য কাউকে মনোনীত করতে পারেন।

নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল থেকে support@deenworld.com-এ লিখুন। আমরা ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে উত্তর দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। আমাদের অভিযোগ প্রক্রিয়ার পরও সন্তুষ্ট না হলে আপনি ডেটা প্রোটেকশন বোর্ড অব ইন্ডিয়ায় অভিযোগ করতে পারেন।

১১কুকি

আমরা প্রয়োজনীয় কুকি (লগইন, নিরাপত্তা, কুইজ সেশন) ব্যবহার করি, যা ছাড়া ওয়েবসাইট চলে না। ভিজিট গোনার জন্য অ্যানালিটিক্স কুকিও ব্যবহার করি। কুকি ব্যানার বা ব্রাউজার সেটিংসে আপনি তা গ্রহণ বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারেন। আমরা বিজ্ঞাপন-কুকি ব্যবহার করি না।

1Data Fiduciary

2Data we collect

(a)Account data: name, username, email, mobile number, password (stored in encrypted form), age confirmation or date of birth, and city or state if you choose to give it.

(b)Quiz data: answers, scores, response times, timestamps, IP address, device and browser details.

(c)Prize data: for a cash prize, your UPI ID; for a physical prize, your name, delivery address with PIN code and mobile number; and PAN or identity proof only where needed for tax or verification.

(d)Communication data: messages, chats and complaints you send us.

(e)Technical data: cookies and similar technologies (see section 11).

We do not collect any card, bank, UPI PIN or other payment details from visitors, because the website accepts no payments.

3Why we use it

We use your data:

(a)to create and run your account;

(b)to run contests, score them, show leaderboards and announce winners;

(c)to verify winners, pay or deliver prizes and meet tax and accounting duties;

(d)to prevent cheating, fraud and misuse and keep the website secure;

(e)to answer your messages and grievances;

(f)to send service messages such as results and account notices;

(g)to improve the website using basic analytics; and

(h)to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

4Consent

We process data on your free, specific, informed and clear consent, given when you register or provide data, and for the purposes the law allows without consent (for example compliance with law). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, as easily as you gave it. If you withdraw, we may have to close your account or stop services that depend on that data. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

5Children

For anyone under 18 we process data only with verifiable consent of the parent or lawful guardian. We do not track or monitor children’s behaviour for advertising or profiling and do not process their data in any way likely to harm them. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete a child’s data at any time.

6Who we share data with

Only as needed, with:

(a)UPI and bank partners, only to pay a cash prize you have won;

(b)courier or postal partners and the seller from whom we order a physical prize (they receive only your name, delivery address and phone number, for delivery);

(c)hosting, cloud, email and SMS providers;

(d)our accountant or advisers, under confidentiality; and

(e)government, tax or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires.

These providers act under our instructions. Some of our service providers may store data outside India. We transfer data abroad only as permitted by the DPDP Act and Government notifications.

7What is public

The leaderboard and winners list show your username, score and time. Please do not use your real name as a username if you want privacy. We never publish your email, mobile number, UPI ID or address.

8How long we keep data

(a)Account data: while your account is active and for 12 months after closure.

(b)Quiz logs: 12 months.

(c)Delivery details for a physical prize: until the prize is delivered and for 90 days after, then we delete them, except the winner’s name, the prize and its value, which we keep as a record for the period the law requires.

(d)Prize and tax records: for the period the law requires (generally 6 to 8 years).

After that we delete or anonymise data, unless the law requires us to keep it.

9Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, encrypted passwords, restricted admin access, regular backups and software updates. If a personal data breach occurs we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as the law requires. No system is completely secure.

10Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may:

(a)ask for a summary of your data and how it is processed;

(b)ask us to correct, complete or update it;

(c)ask us to erase it where it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;

(d)use our grievance process; and

(e)nominate a person to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act.

Email support@deenworld.com from your registered email. We aim to reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied after using our grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11Cookies

We use essential cookies (login, security, quiz session) which the website needs to work. We also use analytics cookies to count visits. You can accept or refuse them in the cookie banner or your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
