১ডিজিটাল সেবা, শুধু পুরস্কার হিসেবে বাস্তব জিনিস
দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ড অনলাইন কুইজ ও ইসলামি তথ্য দেয়। আমরা কোনো জিনিস বিক্রি করি না এবং কারও জন্য শিপিং চার্জ নেই। আমরা কেবল প্রতিযোগিতার পুরস্কার (যেমন কুরআন শরীফ) হলে বাস্তব জিনিস পাঠাই, নিচের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী।
২প্রবেশাধিকার
নিবন্ধন করার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে প্রতিযোগিতার সময়সূচি সাপেক্ষে অনলাইনে কুইজ ও বিষয়বস্তু পাওয়া যায়।
৩পুরস্কার ডেলিভারি
যাচাইয়ের ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে নগদ পুরস্কার UPI ট্রান্সফারে ইলেকট্রনিকভাবে দেওয়া হয়, যেমন কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়মাবলিতে বলা আছে। বাস্তব পুরস্কার নিচের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী কুরিয়ার বা ডাকে পাঠানো হয়।
৪বাস্তব পুরস্কারের ডেলিভারি
যে প্রতিযোগিতায় কুরআন শরীফের ছাপা কপির মতো বাস্তব পুরস্কার থাকে, সেখানে যাচাইকৃত বিজয়ীর দেওয়া ভারতের ঠিকানায় আমরা বিনামূল্যে কুরিয়ার বা ইন্ডিয়া পোস্টে সাধারণত যাচাইয়ের ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পাঠাই। সম্ভব হলে ট্র্যাকিং তথ্য জানানো হয়।
৫কোথায় ডেলিভারি দিই
কেবল বৈধ পিন কোডসহ ভারতের ঠিকানায়। দুর্গম এলাকায় বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
৬ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে
কুরিয়ার দুইবার চেষ্টার পরও পৌঁছাতে না পারলে আমরা বিজয়ীর সঙ্গে একবার যোগাযোগ করব। ৭ দিনের মধ্যে উত্তর না এলে পুরস্কার বাজেয়াপ্ত হবে, যেমন কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়মাবলিতে বলা আছে।
৭ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল বা হারানো পার্সেল
ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে (ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল জিনিস হলে), অথবা পার্সেল না পেলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে, ছবি বা আনবক্সিং ভিডিওসহ support@deenworld.com-এ জানান। আমরা একবার জিনিসটি বদলে দেব। কিছুই বিক্রি হয় না বলে ফেরত বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৮কোনো চার্জ নেই
আমরা কখনও ডেলিভারি, হ্যান্ডলিং বা কাস্টমস ফি নিই না এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ব্যবহার করি না। কেউ টাকা চাইলে আমাদের জানান।
৯সমস্যা
প্রবেশাধিকার বা পুরস্কার না পেলে support@deenworld.com-এ লিখুন।

1Digital service, with physical prizes only
Deen World provides online quizzes and Islamic information. We do not sell any goods and there is no shipping charge for anyone. We send a physical item only when it is a contest prize (such as a Quran Sharif), as set out below.
2Access
Access to quizzes and content is available online as soon as you register, subject to contest schedules.
3Prize delivery
Cash prizes are paid electronically by UPI transfer to the verified winner within 7 working days of verification, as set out in the Quiz Contest Rules. A physical prize is sent by courier or post, as set out below.
4Physical prize delivery
For a contest that offers a physical prize, such as a printed Quran Sharif, we send it free of cost by courier or India Post to the address the verified winner gives in India, usually within 10 working days after verification. Tracking details are shared where available.
5Where we deliver
Only to addresses in India with a valid PIN code. Remote areas may take longer.
6Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts we will contact the winner once. If there is no reply within 7 days, the prize is forfeited as set out in the Quiz Contest Rules.
7Damaged, wrong or lost parcel
Report it to support@deenworld.com within 3 days of delivery (damaged, defective, incomplete or wrong item), or within 7 days if the parcel was not received, with photos or an unboxing video. We replace the item once. Because nothing is sold, no return or refund applies.
8No charges
We never charge delivery, handling or customs fees and never use cash on delivery. Please report anyone who asks for money.
9Problems
If you did not receive access or a prize, write to support@deenworld.com.
