১প্রতিযোগিতা ও সময়সূচি (ভারতীয় প্রমাণ সময় – IST)

প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ ১০০% বিনামূল্যে।

বার্ষিক প্রতিযোগিতার তারিখ চাঁদ দেখার ওপর নির্ভর করে এবং আগে থেকে ওয়েবসাইটে ঘোষণা করা হবে। ভবিষ্যৎ প্রতিযোগিতার জন্য আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে নোটিশ দিয়ে সময়সূচি বা পুরস্কারের অঙ্ক বদলাতে পারি। কোনো পরিবর্তন চলমান প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

২কীভাবে অংশ নেবেন

বিনামূল্যে নিবন্ধন করুন, লগইন করুন, চালু প্রতিযোগিতা খুলুন এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিন। প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রত্যেকে একবারই অংশ নিতে পারবেন।

৩বিজয়ী কীভাবে নির্ধারিত হয়

যিনি সবচেয়ে বেশি সঠিক উত্তর দেবেন তিনি বিজয়ী। স্কোর সমান হলে মোট উত্তর দেওয়ার সময় যাঁর কম তিনি জিতবেন। তাতেও সমান হলে আমাদের সার্ভারের টাইমস্ট্যাম্প অনুযায়ী যিনি আগে জমা দিয়েছেন তিনি জিতবেন। তাও একই হলে পুরস্কার সমান ভাগে ভাগ হবে (বাস্তব পুরস্কারের ক্ষেত্রে সমান ফলাফলকারীদের মধ্যে নিরপেক্ষ লটারির মাধ্যমে ঠিক করা হবে)।

৪আমাদের রেকর্ডই চূড়ান্ত

স্কোর, সময় ও টাইমস্ট্যাম্প আমাদের সার্ভারের রেকর্ড থেকে নেওয়া হয়। আপনার দিকের ধীর ইন্টারনেট, ডিভাইসের সমস্যা বা বিদ্যুৎ না থাকার দায় আমাদের নয়।

৫প্রশ্ন ও বিরোধ

প্রশ্নগুলো কুরআন, সহিহ হাদিস ও সাধারণ ইসলামি জ্ঞানের ওপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি এবং সূত্র আমাদের রেকর্ডে রাখা হয়। কোনো প্রশ্ন বা উত্তর ভুল মনে হলে ফল প্রকাশের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রশ্ন ও কারণসহ support@deenworld.com-এ জানান। ভুল পাওয়া গেলে আমরা ওই প্রশ্ন বাতিল করে ফল নতুন করে গণনা করতে পারি। প্রয়োজনে যোগ্য আলেমের পরামর্শ নিয়ে আয়োজকের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত, তবে এটি আপনার আইনি অধিকারকে ক্ষুণ্ণ করে না।

৬ন্যায্য খেলা

একজনের একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট। সময়-নির্ধারিত কুইজের সময় বট, স্ক্রিপ্ট, AI টুল, সার্চ ইঞ্জিন বা অন্য কারও সাহায্য নেওয়া যাবে না। প্রতারণা বা অপব্যবহারের যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রমাণ পেলে আমরা কার্যকলাপ পর্যালোচনা করে স্কোর বাতিল, অংশগ্রহণকারীকে অযোগ্য ঘোষণা এবং পুরস্কার আটকে রাখা বা ফেরত নিতে পারি।

৭বিজয়ীর যাচাই

পুরস্কার দেওয়ার আগে আমরা বিজয়ীর পরিচয় ও তথ্য নিশ্চিত করতে বলতে পারি: পুরো নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর, এবং নগদ পুরস্কারের ক্ষেত্রে বিজয়ীর নিজের নামের (নাবালকের ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবকের নামের) UPI আইডি। বাস্তব পুরস্কারের ক্ষেত্রে নিয়ম ১৭-র ডেলিভারি তথ্যও লাগবে। কর আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে PAN এবং বয়স নিয়ে সন্দেহ থাকলে বয়সের প্রমাণ চাইতে পারি। তৃতীয় কারও UPI আইডিতে নগদ পুরস্কার দেওয়া যাবে না। আমরা শুধু আপনার নিবন্ধিত অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেই বা অ্যাপের বার্তার মাধ্যমে, support@deenworld.com থেকে যোগাযোগ করব। আমরা কখনও আপনার UPI পিন, OTP বা ব্যাংকের পাসওয়ার্ড চাইব না।

৮দাবি ও পরিশোধ

বিজয়ীদের নাম ওয়েবসাইট ও লিডারবোর্ডে ঘোষণা করা হয়। ঘোষণার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে (বার্ষিক প্রতিযোগিতায় ১৫ দিন) বিজয়ীকে যাচাইয়ের তথ্যসহ উত্তর দিতে হবে। উত্তর না দিলে পুরস্কার বাজেয়াপ্ত হবে এবং আমরা তা পরবর্তী যোগ্য অংশগ্রহণকারীকে দিতে পারি বা আটকে রাখতে পারি। সফল যাচাইয়ের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যাচাইকৃত বিজয়ীর নিজের UPI আইডিতে UPI ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে কেবল ভারতীয় টাকায় নগদ পুরস্কার দেওয়া হয়। আমরা হাতে নগদ, চেক বা অন্য কোনো উপায়ে দিই না। বাস্তব পুরস্কার ১৬ থেকে ২১ নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পাঠানো হয়। কোনো পুরস্কার হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয় এবং নগদ বা অন্য কিছুর সঙ্গে বিনিময় করা যায় না।

৯কর

নগদ বা বাস্তব যেকোনো পুরস্কার বিজয়ীর হাতে করযোগ্য আয় হতে পারে। আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা নগদ পুরস্কার দেওয়ার আগে উৎসে কর (TDS) কেটে নিই, কাটা অঙ্ক জানাই এবং কর কর্তনের সার্টিফিকেট দিই। নিজের আয়কর রিটার্নে পুরস্কারের আয় দেখানোর দায়িত্ব বিজয়ীর। এই উদ্দেশ্যে আমরা এক আর্থিক বছরে প্রতিজন বিজয়ীর মোট প্রাপ্তির রেকর্ড রাখতে পারি। আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে PAN না দিলে বেশি হারে কর কাটা হতে পারে।

১০কারা পুরস্কার পাবেন না

আয়োজক, আয়োজকের পরিবারের সদস্য, প্রশ্ন তৈরি বা যাচাইয়ে সহায়তাকারী এবং এই নিয়মাবলির আওতায় নিষিদ্ধ ব্যক্তিরা শেখার জন্য অংশ নিতে পারেন, কিন্তু পুরস্কারের যোগ্য নন।

১১প্রচার

আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে বিজয়ীর ইউজারনেম, স্কোর ও সময় দেখাই। বিজয়ীর আসল নাম, ছবি বা শহর আমরা তাঁর লিখিত বা অ্যাপের মধ্যে দেওয়া সম্মতি পেলেই কেবল ব্যবহার করব।

১২জুয়া নয়, বাজি নয়, কোনো টাকা নেওয়া নয়

অংশগ্রহণকারীরা কোনো টাকা দেন না বা বাজি ধরেন না এবং ওয়েবসাইট কারও কাছ থেকে কোনো পেমেন্ট নেয় না। প্রতিযোগিতাগুলো দক্ষতাভিত্তিক। আপনার রাজ্যের আইনে কোনো প্রতিযোগিতা বেআইনি হলে আপনি অংশ নেবেন না।

১৩পুরস্কারের অর্থের উৎস

সব পুরস্কার আয়োজকের নিজের অর্থে দেওয়া হয়। কোনো অংশগ্রহণকারী বা দর্শক কোনো পুরস্কারের জন্য টাকা দেন না।

১৪পরিবর্তন, বিলম্ব ও বাতিল

প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি, প্রতারণা, নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি, প্রশ্নে ভুল, আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কোনো ঘটনার কারণে আমরা প্রতিযোগিতা স্থগিত, পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করতে কিংবা পুরস্কার না দিতে পারি। তা ওয়েবসাইটে ঘোষণা করা হবে। অংশগ্রহণ বিনামূল্যে হওয়ায় ফেরতের প্রশ্ন ওঠে না।

১৫বিরোধ

অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি প্রক্রিয়া ব্যবহার করুন। ভারতীয় আইন প্রযোজ্য, যেমন শর্তাবলিতে বলা আছে।

১৬বাস্তব পুরস্কারের প্রতিযোগিতা

আমরা এমন প্রতিযোগিতা চালাতে পারি যার পুরস্কার একটি বাস্তব জিনিস, যেমন কুরআন শরীফের ছাপা কপি। প্রতিযোগিতার আগে ওয়েবসাইটে এর নাম, তারিখ, পুরস্কারের বিবরণ (বইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে সংস্করণ, ভাষা ও প্রকাশক) এবং আনুমানিক খুচরা মূল্য ঘোষণা করা হয়। অংশগ্রহণ বিনামূল্যে এবং কিছু কিনতে হয় না। বাস্তব পুরস্কারের কোনো নগদ মূল্য নেই, নগদ বা অন্য কিছুর সঙ্গে বিনিময় করা যায় না এবং হস্তান্তর করা যায় না। ওয়েবসাইটের ছবি কেবল উদাহরণ। ঘোষিত জিনিসটি না পাওয়া গেলে আমরা সমমূল্যের বা বেশি মূল্যের অনুরূপ জিনিস দিতে পারি।

১৭বিজয়ীর ডেলিভারির তথ্য

ঘোষণার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ওয়েবসাইটের বিজয়ী ফর্মের মাধ্যমে বিজয়ীকে নিয়ম ৭-এর পরিচয়ের তথ্যের পাশাপাশি দিতে হবে: পুরো নাম, কুরিয়ারের জন্য চালু মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ভারতের সম্পূর্ণ ডাক ঠিকানা (বাড়ি বা ফ্ল্যাট, রাস্তা, এলাকা, ডাকঘর, জেলা, রাজ্য ও পিন কোড)। পুরস্কার কেবল বিজয়ীর নিজের নামে পাঠানো হয়। নাবালক বিজয়ীর ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবক এই তথ্য দেবেন ও পার্সেল নেবেন। আমরা কখনও ওয়েবসাইটে বিজয়ীর নাম বা ঠিকানা দেখাই না। শুধু পুরস্কার পাঠাতে ও রেকর্ড রাখতে এগুলো ব্যবহার করি (গোপনীয়তা নীতি দেখুন)।

১৮অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি

যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা আমাদের পছন্দমতো প্রকাশক, বইবিক্রেতা বা বিক্রেতার কাছ থেকে অনলাইনে বা দোকান থেকে পুরস্কার কিনি এবং সাধারণত যাচাইয়ের ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে কুরিয়ার বা ইন্ডিয়া পোস্টে বিজয়ীকে পাঠাই। বিজয়ীর জন্য ডেলিভারি বিনামূল্যে। সম্ভব হলে ইমেইল বা SMS-এ ট্র্যাকিং তথ্য জানানো হয়। আমরা কেবল ভারতের ভেতরে পাঠাই। আমরা কখনও বিজয়ীর কাছে ডেলিভারি ফি, হ্যান্ডলিং চার্জ, কাস্টমস চার্জ বা অন্য কোনো টাকা চাই না এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ব্যবহার করি না। কেউ পুরস্কার ছাড়তে টাকা চাইলে সেটি প্রতারণা, আমাদের জানান। বিক্রেতা ও কুরিয়ার শুধু আমাদের হয়ে পুরস্কার পৌঁছে দেয়। ডেলিভারির সময় আনুমানিক, নিশ্চয়তা নয়।

১৯ভুল ঠিকানা ও ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে

সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা দেওয়া এবং যোগাযোগযোগ্য থাকার দায়িত্ব বিজয়ীর। কুরিয়ার দুইবার চেষ্টার পরও পৌঁছাতে না পারলে (যেমন ভুল ঠিকানা, ফোন বন্ধ বা পার্সেল ফেরত) আমরা একবার ইমেইল বা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করব। ৭ দিনের মধ্যে সঠিক ঠিকানাসহ উত্তর না এলে পুরস্কার বাজেয়াপ্ত হবে এবং আমরা তা পরবর্তী যোগ্য অংশগ্রহণকারীকে দিতে বা আটকে রাখতে পারি। আমাদের বা কুরিয়ারের ভুলে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে আমরা নিজের খরচে একবার আবার পাঠাব।

২০ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল বা হারানো পার্সেল

পার্সেল পেয়ে খোলার সময় সম্ভব হলে ভিডিও রেকর্ড করুন এবং জিনিসটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, অসম্পূর্ণ বা প্রতিশ্রুত জিনিস না হলে ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ছবিসহ support@deenworld.com-এ ইমেইল করুন। পার্সেল ডেলিভারড দেখালেও না পেলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে জানান। যাচাইয়ের পর স্টক সাপেক্ষে আমরা একবার জিনিসটি বদলে দেব। এই নিয়মাবলির আওতায় বদলে দেওয়াই একমাত্র প্রতিকার, এটি আইনের অধীনে বিজয়ীর অসীমিত অধিকারকে ক্ষুণ্ণ করে না।

২১বাস্তব পুরস্কারের যত্ন ও কর

বিজয়ীকে পুরস্কার যত্নে এবং কুরআন শরীফ বা অন্য ধর্মীয় গ্রন্থ হলে সম্মানের সঙ্গে ব্যবহার করার অনুরোধ করছি। প্রস্তুতকারক বা প্রকাশকের মানের বাইরে এবং নিয়ম ২০ ছাড়া আমরা মান নিয়ে কোনো প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই না। নিয়ম ৯ (কর) বাস্তব পুরস্কারের মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে প্রযোজ্য: আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা PAN চাইতে বা কর কাটতে পারি, এবং করযোগ্য মূল্য নিজের রিটার্নে দেখানোর দায়িত্ব বিজয়ীর।

1Contests and schedule (Indian Standard Time)

Participation in every contest is 100% free.

The annual contest date depends on moon sighting and will be announced on the website in advance. We may change a schedule or prize amount for a future contest by notice on the website. A change never applies to a contest already running.

2How to take part

Register free, log in, open a live contest and answer the questions within the time shown. Each person may attempt each contest once.

3How the winner is decided

The participant with the most correct answers wins. If scores tie, the participant with the shortest total answering time wins. If that also ties, the participant who submitted first by our server timestamp wins. If even that is identical, the prize is divided equally (for a physical prize, we decide by a fair draw among the tied participants).

4Our records are final

Scores, times and timestamps are taken from our server records. Slow internet, device problems or power cuts on your side are not our responsibility.

5Questions and disputes

Questions are based on the Quran, authentic hadith and general Islamic knowledge, with sources kept on record. If you think a question or answer is wrong, report it to support@deenworld.com within 24 hours of the result with the question and your reason. If we find an error we may cancel that question and recalculate the result. The organiser’s decision, taken on advice of a qualified scholar where needed, is final, without affecting your legal rights.

6Fair play

One account per person. No bots, scripts, AI tools, search engines or other people’s help during a timed quiz. We may review activity and cancel a score, disqualify a participant and withhold or recover a prize where we reasonably find cheating or misuse.

7Winner verification

Before giving a prize we may ask the winner to confirm identity and details: full name and mobile number, and, for a cash prize, a UPI ID in the winner’s own name (or the guardian’s name for a minor). For a physical prize the delivery details in rule 17 are also needed. We may ask for PAN where tax law requires it, and for age proof where age is in doubt. A cash prize cannot be paid to a third party’s UPI ID. We contact winners only through the email or in-app message of the registered account, from support@deenworld.com, and we never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or bank password.

8Claiming and payment

Winners are announced on the website and leaderboard. The winner must reply with verification details within 7 days of the announcement (15 days for the Annual contest). If the winner does not reply, the prize is forfeited and we may award it to the next ranked eligible participant or withhold it. A cash prize is paid only in Indian rupees, by UPI transfer to the verified winner’s own UPI ID, within 7 working days after successful verification. We do not pay cash prizes in physical cash, by cheque or by any other method. A physical prize is delivered as set out in rules 16 to 21. No prize is transferable, and no prize can be exchanged for cash or for anything else.

9Tax

A prize, whether cash or physical, may be taxable income in the winner’s hands. Where the law requires, we deduct tax at source (TDS) before payment of a cash prize, tell you the amount and give you the tax deduction certificate. The winner is responsible for reporting winnings in their own tax return. We may keep a record of each winner’s total winnings in a financial year for this purpose. If PAN is not provided where the law requires it, tax may be deducted at a higher rate.

10Who cannot win

The organiser, family members of the organiser, helpers who prepare or check the questions, and anyone barred under these Rules may take part for learning but are not eligible for prizes.

11Publicity

We display the winner’s username, score and time on the website. We will use a winner’s real name, photograph or city only with that winner’s written or in-app consent.

12No gambling, no stake, no payment

No money is paid or staked by participants, and the website accepts no payment from anyone. The contests are skill-based. Where a contest is unlawful under the law of your state, you must not take part.

13Prize funding

All prizes come from the organiser’s own funds. No participant or visitor pays towards any prize.

14Changes, delay and cancellation

We may postpone, change or cancel a contest, or not award a prize, because of technical failure, fraud, security risk, an error in the questions, legal requirement, or any event beyond our control. We will announce this on the website. Because participation is free, no refund arises.

15Disputes

Use the Grievance Redressal process. Indian law applies, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

16Physical prize contests

We may run a contest whose prize is a physical item, such as a printed copy of the Quran Sharif. Before the contest, the website announces its name, dates, a description of the prize (for a book, its edition, language and publisher) and its approximate retail value. Participation is free and no purchase is needed. A physical prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, and cannot be transferred. Pictures on the website are for illustration. If the stated item is not available we may give a similar item of equal or higher value.

17Delivery details of the winner

Within 7 days of the announcement the winner must give, through the winner form on the website, the identity details in rule 7 and also: full name, a working mobile number for the courier, and a complete postal address in India (house or flat, street, locality, post office, district, state and PIN code). The prize is delivered only to the winner’s own name. For a minor winner, the parent or guardian gives these details and receives the parcel. We never show the winner’s name or address on the website. We use them only to deliver the prize and keep records (see the Privacy Policy).

18Ordering and delivery

After verification we buy the prize item from a publisher, bookseller or seller we choose, online or in a shop, and send it by courier or India Post to the winner, usually within 10 working days after verification. Delivery is free for the winner. We share tracking details by email or SMS where available. We deliver only within India. We never ask the winner for a delivery fee, handling charge, customs charge or any other amount, and we never use cash on delivery. If anyone asks for money to release the prize, it is a fraud, so please report it to us. The seller and courier act only to deliver the prize for us. Delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee.

19Wrong address and failed delivery

The winner is responsible for giving a correct and complete address and for being reachable. If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts (for example wrong address, phone not reachable or parcel refused), we will contact the winner once by email or phone. If the winner does not reply with a correct address within 7 days, the prize is forfeited and we may award it to the next ranked eligible participant or withhold it. If delivery fails because of our mistake or the courier’s mistake, we will send it again once at our cost.

20Damaged, wrong or lost parcel

The winner should open the parcel on receipt, preferably while recording a video, and email support@deenworld.com within 3 days of delivery, with photos, if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete or not the item promised. If a parcel is shown as delivered but was not received, tell us within 7 days. After checking, we will replace the item once, subject to stock. Replacement is the only remedy offered under these Rules and does not limit any right the winner has under law that cannot be limited.

21Care and tax for a physical prize

We request the winner to use the prize with care and, where it is the Quran Sharif or another religious text, with respect. We make no promise about quality beyond the maker’s or publisher’s standard and rule 20. Rule 9 (Tax) applies to a physical prize on the basis of its value: where the law requires, we may ask for PAN or deduct tax, and the winner is responsible for reporting any taxable value in their own return.
