২ট্রেডমার্ক

“DeenWorld” (নাম) এবং দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের লোগো আমাদের চিহ্ন। আমরা এগুলোর ট্রেডমার্ক নিবন্ধনের জন্য আবেদন করেছি এবং নিবন্ধন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ™ চিহ্নসহ ব্যবহার করি। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কেউ DeenWorld নাম বা লোগো, বা এর সঙ্গে বিভ্রান্তিকর রকম মিল আছে এমন কিছু ব্যবহার, কপি, নিবন্ধন বা নকল করতে পারবেন না। আমাদের নাম বা লোগোর অপব্যবহার জানাতে support@deenworld.com-এ লিখুন।

৩তৃতীয় পক্ষের উপাদান ও কৃতজ্ঞতা

কুরআনের অনুবাদ, হাদিস গ্রন্থ, তাফসীর, দোয়া, অডিও ও ছবি মূল আরবি পাঠ কপিরাইটমুক্ত হলেও অন্যের কপিরাইটভুক্ত হতে পারে। আমরা কেবল অনুমতি, লাইসেন্স বা কপিরাইটমুক্ত হলে এগুলো ব্যবহার করি এবং ব্যবহারের পেজে কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার করি।

৪ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহার

দ্বীন ওয়ার্ল্ডের নাম উল্লেখ করে আপনি ব্যক্তিগত, অবাণিজ্যিক শেখার জন্য আমাদের বিষয়বস্তু পড়তে ও শেয়ার করতে পারেন। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া বাণিজ্যিকভাবে কপি, বিক্রি, স্ক্র্যাপ বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ করতে পারবেন না।

৫লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগ

ওয়েবসাইটের কিছু আপনার কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক বা অন্য অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করছে মনে করলে support@deenworld.com-এ নিচের তথ্যসহ ইমেইল করুন:

(ক)আপনার নাম ও যোগাযোগের তথ্য;

(খ)কাজের বিবরণ;

(গ)পেজের সঠিক লিংক;

(ঘ)আপনি মালিক বা অনুমোদিত, এই মর্মে বিবৃতি; এবং

(ঙ)আপনার নোটিশ সঠিক, এই মর্মে বিবৃতি।

আমরা ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রাপ্তিস্বীকার করব এবং বৈধ নোটিশ পাওয়ার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ব্যবস্থা নেব, যার মধ্যে বিষয়বস্তু সরানো থাকতে পারে, এবং যিনি পোস্ট করেছেন তাঁকে জানাব।

৬পাল্টা নোটিশ

আপনার বিষয়বস্তু ভুলে সরানো হলে কারণসহ উত্তর দিতে পারেন। আমরা পর্যালোচনা করব।

৭বারবার লঙ্ঘনকারী

যাঁরা বারবার লঙ্ঘন করেন তাঁদের অ্যাকাউন্ট আমরা স্থগিত করতে পারি।

2Trademark

“DeenWorld” (name) and the Deen World logo are our marks. We have applied for their trademark registration, and until it is granted we use them with the ™ symbol. Nobody may use, copy, register or imitate the DeenWorld name or logo, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission. To report misuse of our name or logo, write to support@deenworld.com.

3Third-party material and credits

Quran translations, hadith books, tafsir, duas, audio and images may be copyrighted by others even when the original Arabic text is not. We use them only with permission, under a licence, or where they are free of copyright, and credit them on the page where they are used.

4Personal use

You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial learning, with a credit to Deen World. You may not copy, sell, scrape or republish it commercially without written permission.

5Reporting infringement

If you believe something on the website infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email support@deenworld.com with:

(a)your name and contact details;

(b)a description of the work;

(c)the exact page link;

(d)a statement that you are the owner or authorised; and

(e)a statement that your notice is accurate.

We will acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 72 hours of a valid notice, which may include removing the content, and will tell the person who posted it.

6Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake you may reply with your reasons. We will review it.

7Repeat infringers

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
