• একাধিক, ভুয়া বা যৌথ অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা, বা অ্যাকাউন্ট বিক্রি বা হস্তান্তর।
• ঘৃণামূলক, সাম্প্রদায়িক গালিগালাজ, অশ্লীল, হুমকিমূলক, মানহানিকর বা বেআইনি বিষয় পোস্ট।
• অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ বা কারও ছদ্মবেশ ধারণ।
• জুয়া, বাজি, ঋণ, স্কিম বা টাকার বিনিময়ে পুরস্কারের প্রচার, বা অন্যের কাছে টাকা চাওয়া।
• ওয়েবসাইটে আক্রমণ, পরীক্ষা বা অতিরিক্ত চাপ দেওয়া বা বাগ কাজে লাগানো। নিরাপত্তা-ত্রুটি পেলে আমাদের ব্যক্তিগতভাবে জানান।

নিয়ম ভাঙলে কী হবে

গুরুত্ব অনুযায়ী আমরা বিষয়বস্তু সরাতে, সতর্ক করতে, স্কোর বাতিল করতে, প্রতিযোগিতা থেকে অযোগ্য করতে, পুরস্কার আটকাতে বা ফেরত নিতে, অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে এবং প্রয়োজনে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে পারি।

আপিল

আমাদের সিদ্ধান্ত ভুল মনে হলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার ইউজারনেম ও কারণসহ support@deenworld.com-এ ইমেইল করুন। আমরা পর্যালোচনা করে উত্তর দেব।

• Respect other participants and all schools of thought.
• Report mistakes, cheating and abuse to support@deenworld.com.

Please do not

• Use bots, scripts, AI tools, search engines, multiple devices, or other people’s help during a timed quiz.
• Create multiple, fake or shared accounts, or sell or transfer an account.
• Post hateful, sectarian-abusive, abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Share another person’s private information, or impersonate anyone.
• Promote gambling, betting, loans, schemes or paid prize offers, or ask others for money.
• Attack, test or overload the website or exploit a bug. If you find a security problem, please report it to us privately.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, warn you, cancel a score, disqualify you from a contest, withhold or recover a prize, suspend or close your account, and where required report to the authorities.

Appeals

If you think an action was a mistake, email support@deenworld.com within 7 days with your username and reasons. We will review and reply.
